Jamaica’s geographical and economic status offers all kinds of comfort for its people and students at BIMS will enjoy these benefits, too. The people of this country are warm and welcoming in nature and students who come to BIMS will feel the attraction of this place. Housing
BIMS provides a home away from home to all its students ensuring the comforts they are used to. Both on-campus and off-campus housing options are available and you can choose from what is most suitable for you.
Off-campus housing
For those opting for off-campus housing, there are third-party housing units approved by BIMS and available with complete amenities. Students assigned to one such apartment (single or double bedroom) will have to pay a Housing Damage Deposit (HDD) of $ xxxxx along with the rent at the start of the term. HDD is refundable and will be credited to your account when you vacate at the end of your term.
BIMS assigned houses are fully furnished, air-conditioned apartments and include amenities such as:
- TVs
- Internet and cable connections for a specified fee
- Kitchen with utensils and modern appliances
- Weekly housekeeping services
On-campus housing
BIMS’ on-campus accommodation is a short walk to the class and offers all facilities for a comfortable stay, including free wi-fi and weekly housekeeping services.
